I have been having a problem with boost going to high on occasion. wondered if the line to internal waste gate can freeze and if so what is good solution. Never had this problem prior years, I did have a hallman manual control and took it off but still will do it. If inside overnight or you stop for awhile its ok but after awhile in below 0 it will act up again. should run 6 psi but seen it jump to 12 before it run out of fuel. if you know its froze you drive accordingly but don't know when it is going to stick. Full power performance kit on a nitro.

You may have water inside Your Wastegate actuator bell and/or the line between the actuator bell and the compressor housing.
Take off lines and blow thru them.
It's possible to drill a small hole in the actuator bell for the water to Escape thru.
