Here guys, if you follow these steps, you life will be a hell of alot easier. Please note to pay close attention to the snaps by the exhaust covers to make sure you have room to snap the seat in place. Youll see what I mean when you go to do the install. Anyway, I got my seat on, it took a while but im very happy with the finished result. Heres a few pics of the seat installed.

Install and fit look real nice Matt. I have just one question . . . WTF is that piss green thing in your garage?

Matt, would you check and see where my seat is?

I was under the impression that this seat would just bolt on. Is there any way it will still fit without cutting the tail light clips or the exhaust covers?

Corey, as for the tail light tabs, you could bend them down out of the way, im sure that would work. As for the covers, You need to do this mod. If you worried about ruining them if you go back to the stock seat, the part you modify is hidden with the stock seat and will not effect anything in stock form. This mod needs to be done so the seat comes in contact with the tunnel. I suppose you could force it into place, but my guess would be it would be a bear to install the seat like that...BBY

Ya did such a nice job Matt, ya may as well come up here an put mine on for me, as i sit on my fat #*$&@ and watch ya do it while consuming mass quantities of beer LOL :drink: :drink: ;)!

Matt do you have any pics of the seat at the taillight?

You did a nice job installing it and the snaps dont look all that bad either!
