Great idea Bounty Hunter, you may be onto something??

Don't know if you read this post or not but it sounds like Yamaha has come out with yet another "New" relay.

Northern Rider wrote on pg 2 of this thread about a new Red relay he had installed and had zero issues while riding in Quebec a couple weeks ago.

Changed the Oil and Filter then changed the Oil in the Chain Case and reset the tension on the Chain.

Fitted the Skid Plate and mounted the hardware, just need to reassemble some of the plastics so i can mount the Skid Plate.

Well the Skid Plate holes were WAY OFF .....HOW CAN THAT BE!

Took a bit of moding each of the four bottom holes to get it to fit....WASN'T IMPRESSED


Seeing how Yamaha changed the oil drain cover on the bottom of the 09's, as it only has 2 screws and is much smaller. Next time Im making my own as i'll make a cardboard template then Fab one out of Alum.....I KNOW IT WILL FIT!!!!

Well pulled the rear axial out and the centre wheel along with all the spacers to change out the big rear wheels to the new billet ones from Yamaha.....SON OF A

The Bearing's are TOO BIG.....
They changed the Axial size on the 2011's to bigger ones......Mine Came In Wrong....GRRRrrrrrrrr

Well i mounted the 4 smaller ones as at least they fit.......Hopefully they will come in Before Thursday, or i ride without them

Mounted the Gas Cap, Bar Pad, Shock Covers & Front Bumper.....NO ISSUES....lol

Mounted the Foot Well Covers, Bottom Panels & Dash Assembly

BTW.....Gauge Cluster is WORKING

Mounted the Hood Screen, Side Panel Screens & Rear Cooling Cover

Mounted the Windshield It had....but got this White w/Blue one coming in, hopefully by Wednesday. Rear Exhaust Side Covers, Seat & Hand Guards.

Just these Dupont Sliders too mount and those rear billet wheels when they get corrected and the windshield.......HEY IM FINISHED....lol

Well........Rear Billet bearings came in.......Too Big OD, Too Big ID or Fits Axial...Butt Too WIDE for wheel as the snap ring will not go back in

The Gals at RR Yamaha are on it...IM Sure They Will Solve This One......The REAR BLUE ONES are just a Temp
