Hey Bounty,
I see I'm not the only one that moves his sleds around on a pallet with a forklift.
Nice work!

TY 4 Stroke Guru
She's a beauty bounty! Those side panels need something. Blue or white maybe? Any plans on powder coating the skid? Loved that 08 you did. I hear its in Ottawa? That's less than an hour from me. It's nice to go on this site and see custom yamahas. NEVER any custom yamahas around here. Usually just bone stock Yamahas around here. My Nytro and rx1 are about as custom as it gets around here. What's next? Lol

What kinda paint do you use for the plastics ?

I use a MARINE paint which is more durable than the auto paint I've tried and then cover them in a glaze which thicker than the clear coats I've used before, I spray thinner coats & more coats....BUTT...that's just me. The Auto paints are a Way Glosser Finish but DO NOT stand up to the BUSH SLED Test I've Done
Brilliant White

Now that looks better.
The Rear Skid is getting a BIG BOY SPRING & all New Valving on All the Shocks Front & Back, Curtsey Mr. Jim Bowman who is AWESOME at this. And ofc the whole skid is Sand Blasted & Powder Coated Brilliant White With Gold Glitter & Clear Coated Plus a Custom Fitted Brace to stiffen up the back from flexing.
