OK here we go! The meth injection from Snow has a saftey solenoid on it. If it detects a problem, low meth, clog etc. It is supposed to trigger the BOV, and drop the pressure. This way you can limp home, and not ruin things. Now if I hook up the Prologger that I want to get on this sytem. It also operates the BOV. Lowering the pressure so the boost isn't as high when on the trail. Will the two system work together? Heard there is a switch in the Prologger that can make this work? The meth is basically set to kick in at 6-8lbs of boost. If you drop the boost on the prologger below this would it trigger any safeties on the meth solenoid that would make it think something is wrong? Just want to make sure everything will work together. Then it will give me the best of both worlds if there is such a thing?
:rocks:

The failsafe in the meth system is a flow control measuring the amount of fluid passing the controller. If the flow drops below a set threshold the controller will trigger a 5 Volt signal that can be used to control or trigger whatever system that can take a 5 Volt analog signal. In my system the 5V signal opens a solenoid that bypasses my manual boost controller so the wastegate drops boost to the preset WG boost of 12 lbs, boost controller is set to adjust boost from 16 lbs to 22 lbs. At 12 lbs I'm safe on pump gas without the meth.

I would have to guess, but you should be able to use the 5 V signal from the Meth fail safe controller and use it to open the BOV to drop boost.

Thanks RX. Between that info, and the help I got from Mac today at MPI this should get it done.
