Ok so this weekend I was riding in the powder and my sled was running fine. Turned it off when to start it after I let it cool down after it was over heating. And it made a grinding noise for a little then I shut it off. It never turned over. Later found out the clutch spring broke. After I replace the spring will it crank over and start cause right now when I turn the key the power comes on but nothing else happens or makes a sound

If it ground and then nothing I would suspect your starter gear and or starter failed. Not related to clutch spring. Sorry buddy.

probably broke the magnets loose in the starter which usually results in stripped gears.
