hi guys ,,,I started doing my pre season checkup on my 04 warrior ,,,I noticed last season the exhaust was alittle louder than normal,,turns out it was one of the exhaust pipes off the engine block,,,i got one bolt out,,but the second one didnt come like i hoped,,i worked it as slow as i could ,but it did break off ,,,grrrr..anyone have ideas or had the same problems,,,

might have to drill it out & put a helicoil in. hopefully there is enough room.
can you maybe get a little tack weld on & finish the rest with a visegrips to spin out? then just chase the threads.
that sucks man. maybe someone has done this before & knows a trick.

You could try drilling out the center of the bolt and then use an easyout extractor to try and remove the rest of it.

Trick to take bolts out of aluminium heads and before you tell me I am crazy just try it.. Get a bottle of MAP gas or a torch and get the stud hot before you try to remove it. While it is hot take a normal table candle (long skinny ones) and rub it around where the stud threads into the head. Dont get the head to hot as too much heat can damage aluminium heads. But if you get it warm enough to melt the candle into a liquid, somehow the candle wax will travel up the threads into the head and the stud/bold will spin out easily. Do this b4 you snap off the bolt and you are golden.
