I'd start looking for a bulkhead half. They are out there used for not too bad $$$. If your A arms are bent I have a set.

Yikes!
Looks like it's time to remove the skid plate and have a look. It sure looks like you have cracked your front bulkhead just by the way the A arms are sitting. I hope we are wrong because I understand they are a bit of a pain to change.
Best of luck and let me know how I can help.

Tundra if you can't weld it PM rx-1mountain he blew up his 03 mnt and is parting it out. I'm not sure if he still has the bulkhead but it might worth a try. I think rx-1mountain is from the east coast (Canada) so shipping wouldn't be to much.
Best of luck

Ok, Bulkhead lower mounting point is broken. I will try first to have it weld. I dont want to change the bulkhead at this point, way too much work involved.
I got a closer look and all my bushing are ok, but Bolt are all loose in the Bulkhead hole. That is strange.
Its not funny, am not able to weld this myself and i lost the broken half. Welder will need to do a small piece to weld on the Bulkhead. was a little bit dissapointed yesterday when i looked at all the work needed to ride this weekend. I will need a beer tonight

tundra any idea what you hit and how fast? i'm always suprised more pieces and parts don't get bent and broke.
goodluck and show a few more detailed pics of the damage if you get a chance. and the positive side?? this may be the excuse you needed to purchase a lightweight front end.

I just did this to my apex. Broke the pivot right off and lost the piece. I was able to fab up a piece and weld it bak together. It is not the easiest thing to do but it was still easier than replacing the bulk head. Good Luck.

Its not a fun job to replace the bulk head. You will have to remove more parts and stuff than you think. I removed the seat, gas tank, steering colomb and more. Use a sawz all to cut the old bulk head out for easier removall. Mine went back together a hole lot easier with my son helping out. IMPORTANT to have a beer or two in the shop when performing this fix. LOL
good luck Rob
