OK, here is the scoop. For those of you that have broken your rear suspension linkage, you need to have your dealer call the Midwest Yamaha RTA(regional tech adviser) in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Your dealer will have this number. My dealer said that there are were no part numbers attached with the new parts- they just came bubble wrapped in a box.

Recieved my new linkage today. Unfortunatly its not any diffrent from the one that broke in the first place.
I think i will have to reinforce this part or make a new billet one. Its obvious that it will break again otherwise.
3 out of 4 Phazers that i ride with has this problem.

Update: My dealer has confirmed that there is a reinforced kit available, recieving it this week.

Just had mine fixed. arm broke shaft seized and one bolt backed out. then other side wobbled out and tore up the rail. yamaha fixed everything. I was thinking about going back to polaris but if yamaha will stand by there product than I will have no problem buying a new next year. Because I really like the 4 stroke motor.But I think I'll be selling the phazer and buying the rtx nytro and hope it will hold up a little better. I race motocross (quads) So I might be a little rough for the Phazer.But its a fun sled.
