Bulk head material

Buddy of mine hit something on the weekend in the snow on his apex and it pulled the lower "A" arm mounting bolt off the sled on the front of the suspension. where the bolt goes threw the bulk head (bushings)it busted the bulk head
my question is, is this weldable. I though it was aluminum. Anybody with experience patching the bulk head up.

If it just broke the front ear off Travis Hibshman at barnofparts has a repair for that.

The front 2 ears are broke off.
So using your product he doesn't need to have the ears welded back on????
