Hey guys how are ya?
I need some help. I ripped the lower A-arm completely out front and back of the bulkhead. I know there is a front repair kit for the bulkhead question is is there a rear bulkhead repair kit?
If i bought a new bulk head all together, do you have to remove the engine to put the new bulkhead in ? if so does anyone know of any blogs or any instructions on here that will help me out on engine removal. ?
Thanks a lot guys for your time....Happy sledding.

I would have to ask my brother a he is on bulkhead # 3 on his 04 rx war. I do not think he has pulled the motor to do either but I do think he did it one half at a time so he would not have to. he keeps breaking upper rears for some reason.

the engine does not have to come out, you have to take the hood battery tray motor mount bolts etc,all the nose fairings have to come off ,bumper, etc,,its alot of work but not end of world,,,u need a good rivet gun and strong hands,,u can do 1 side or both,,,,

Thanks a lot guys you made my day knowing that I don't have to remove the engine what a relief. Definitely gonna try some of those bulkhead kits beef it up a bit or maybe I should stop trying to hit rocks ;). haha..

Air rivet gun and special rivets are needed, they don't use regular rivets. I no longer have the info on the rivets but should be here in the FAQ?
