HI Guys
Just wondering if there is a fix for the Phazer bulkhead holes. I tore the wifes steering vector out of her 08 Phazer yesterday due to the slop factor and noticed the upper A arm bolts has the threaded portion sticking through the bulkhead ( anyone knows this is a big no no) so the constant pounding on the front end has egged the hole out a little bit because the threads act like a chisel.
Has anyone else encountered this and what is the recommended fix? I thought either to weld the nut on the back (no easy feat with the motor in) or to drill and insert a bushing. What's the gouge on this little gem?
(Pardon the pun) Yamaha Randy I hope you're listening!!
