Cables needed for bar riser

Does anyone know where you can get a long enough cable for the choke and e-brake after installing a 4 inch riser block on a 2004 Venture 2 up sled?

try some off of a mountain viper or an 05 rx mountain. park brake should be ok for shure anyways.
