So trying to do some maintenance ahead for next season and so comes the joys of buying used toys. I doubt this bearing has ever been serviced based on how bad it is seized on. I've tried heat and prying to get the caliper off but nothing works. This is beginning to become a nightmare. Any ideas from personal experience?

I assume you are talking the caliper housing (containing bearing) is seized on the drive shaft?
The best is a create a puller out of plate, thread bolts into the 3 holes and then pull it off the centre line of shaft. Lots of heat will help.
Where in Ont are you? I made one and have it in my shop

I'm close to Owen sound. If you had a picture even I could probably make something up to work. If I can't get it off I'll have to swallow my pride and take it in to the dealer. I don't want to admit defeat to a job that was planned to be an easy fix lol.

I'm watching this thread, I'm in the same boat with mine and I know I'm going to have to replace my worn drivers. I'm considering upgrading my track and would do drivers, bearings, seal at the same time. I'd love to see how it all goes back together if everyone is loctiting the bearing on the caliper side of the shaft?

Check out the SW Trail forum. Rocker dan did a great profile showing the process to take it all apart. I believe he made a series of posts on you tube.
Seems like a lot of guys are using Loctite. Barn of Parts makes a drive shaft saver that goes into the end of the drive shaft and expands it so the bearing is tight.

So I just finished up this evening. I picked up a gear puller and hit it with the impact. I had to sacrifice my socket to use against the shaft but it was worth it. I got a new rotor as that one got bent bad from pulling and a new bearing. I'm going to get out for a good ride tomorrow after that dumping of snow and see how everything is. Also picked up a 4th wheel kit to throw in and new carbides

Thank you for the advice it definitely came in handy on this one. I didn't think a gear puller would fit in there but after drilling out a few rivets I got the bottom panel out of the way enough to make it work
