What are other Canadians paying for Insurance on your Apex. I am paying 350.00/year for Liability, fire and theft. I called the other day about collision coverage and they wanted another 500.00 per year. That seems high to me.

I`m 45 clean abstract $492.00 full coverage, fire, theft, collision and liability $300.00 detuctable on a `08 APEX LTX, the trick is not to OVER insure your sled keep adjusting value to the market value every year before you renew your policy, example I had mine insured last year when new for $14.000 and I was paying $650.00 a year I`m renewing on the 19th of this month for $10.000 coverage and my premium dropped big time ($492.00)...they won`t tell you these things and you can save big time!!! I`m with TD General they`re UNBEATABLE in Ontario give them a try 416-233-2879 or 866-454-8910 they`re open till 8pm and also open on Saturday`s

What else do we expect in Canada...162USD is close to 400CAD after exchange, GST, PST and whatever else we accept as OK here in the Great white north. :exc:

Just bought a part for my truck 335.00 CAD shiped from CA. Same thing in ONT 725.00. Didn't realize the dollar was so bad

About 1/2 what you are paying for same coverage on my Apex.

Wawanesa.

Age 58. Clean abstract.

my regular insurance wanted like 2400 bucks!!! full coverage, almost 1000 bucks without colision.... almost didnt by the sled! i called TD (like 08apexltx said) i called 3 times and once with the vin# and i pay under 400$ this was when i was 23-24 years old, now my best friend has the apex rtx and best he could find was like 1000 bucks now my sled is an attak, could they charge more because it says rtx?? i know its BS but i had a cavaleir Z24 and it was more for insurance than a regular cavaleir

A lot has to do with your driving record and the area you live in and be careful not to OVER insure your sled only insire it for the market value its worth now and revise it/lower every year as it depreciates...TD will not take you on if you have a bad abstract/driving record.

We pay $250,$265, and $280 per year for each of our three sleds respectively. That covers $2,000,000 liability, fire, theft, specified perils (ie; acts of god). To add collision was an extra $750/year for EACH sled... So close to $1000/year total. (We have an '08Apex 40th MTX, '07 Phazer turbo and '08 Venture Lite. )

Insurance on our new SUV and 1 tonne trucks costs less! Our snowmobile insurance is through Nordic Insurance and was the cheapest our broker could find :-(
