OK, some of us don't have the U.S. next door so to speak, so buying outside Canada isn't really worth the effort. We know we're getting gouged considering the exchange rate is good now, but if you want the sled, and you don't want to drive a thousand miles for service after the sale, you have to try to work something out on a deal with your nearby dealer. What I'm asking is what price would be decent for a Phazer FX so that you would place an early deposit on one ? $200 off retail, $400 off retail, $600 off retail.... etc.
Now do a :ORC . We all know the dealer has to make money on the sale, so what price other than $9199.00 would you consider a good deal for an EDP order ?

$500 over invoice. Should be about $700 off or so.
He makes that $500 plus the rebate or 'holdback'.
You keep Yamabucks or else he reduces price another $200.
That gives him a decent profit. Also The Phazers are not as far out of whack as the other sleds. Prolly not worth going to the states for even if you live close like I do.
