Carb cync problem

Trying to sync the carbs on the neighbors 07 vector I first calibrated the sync tool then hooked up all 3 lines and began to adjust the center and pto carb to the mag side Now the sled has a terrible hesitation any ideas and how do I get back to a pre adjust situation
