Cant decide between the three.. either the bergstrom triple points... had them on my old 2003 viper , the woody's slim jims or the snow trackers
When I ran the slim jims I felt like the sled wanted to roll everytime I went into a turn. I think the snow trackers have even more bite than slim jims. Either one will have a ton more bite than Triple points.

Same concept but the slim jims are set wider apart and also taller than the standard duallys. IMO, the slim jims are the way to go between the two. Another brand that is almost the same as the slim jims is a dual carbide called the DoubleDowns by SnowStuds. I run the 6" DoubleDowns on my RTX SE and have no complaints.thanks klondike I saw those online and was trying to decide between those and the slim jims unsure what the main difference is though

I guess I could have grown to like the slim jims if I had changed my ski pressure a bit. Just a matter of what your riding style is and what your used to. Safe to say any duel carbide will be a huge improvement!

Enough people bought Snow-Trackers from my local dealer to finally make him a believer; he put them on his 2014 Viper and now he swears by them. Personally, I wish that Yamaha had not gone to Tuners for 2015; I would have been very happy to put Snowtrackers on my 2015 Viper DX-LTX!

RTX and others, Scott Bergstrom hired a person to answer the phone last year. But there is still only one line lol. Been using his stuff for 20+ years. Can't speak to any others than Slim Jim Doolies. Have them on the 09 Venture I bought last year. No darting, but the seem to push a little. Ok for my wife, not so much for me.
Good for him, he has needed someone to answer the phone for years now. Good to hear others will not have to experience the hassels i have experienced.
Unfortunately, im done with him. Dont care how good of a product he makes, i have had too many bad experiences to list. I have moved on.

I ran stock 4" last season and got 1200 miles out of them. Coming off a Phazer w/ C&A Pro ADX's for 7 years I felt the stock set-up was adequate. Had no darting issues and gripped quite well....obviously this diminished as the season progressed but again I got 1200 miles on them. After buying the '14 Viper new and a new Blizzard trailer this season, I'm trying to be a bit more conservative on "accessories" and "must have's" and not spend thousands additionally like I've done for the last 16 seasons. Besides when the season ends I'll be getting accessories for the motorcycles....LOL. My track is not studded so I decided on Woody's 6' trailblazer carbides at a great price. I figure they gotta work as good or better than my stock ones. If unacceptable I'll replace, but I'm sure they will be fine.
