Any chance you have the rubbers installed wrong?
I think on the skidoo rubbers there is a tall side and a short side.
Cant remember which if tall or short goes to front of ski.
If you have them installed correctly then I would suggest trying to shim your skis.
I know you said they were not darting but that wear on the front of the bars is awful for 650 miles.
Congrats on getting them replaced. If i was gonna bet i would have bet they just ignored you. Lol

Yeah, I plan on shimming them when I put the new carbides on tomorrow.

That is pretty cool they helped you out. I run that type of shaper bar on my split rails and I have had similar wear - but not that bad after a few outings. However, nothing would surprise me after this winter with such poor snow conditions. The Bite Harder sharpener works well on those long 60 degree points.

Are you putting the shim in the front or the back?

In the back. Why would you ever put one in the front? They were not shimmed originally but I have them shimmed now with the replacement carbides.

Yea. I wasn't seeing it right in my pea brain!! Shimming the back would raise the front.
