I finally got my skid installed. It is out of an 04 King Cat and fits pretty good. I used the stock front mounting holes and center-to-center of 31-1/4". Ride is awesome. Atack angle is half of what it was. Here are a couple pics.

Now that's what I'm looking for! I did the same but with the 141" M7 skid in the stock holes and 151" track. Looks like it will work perfect, just found some 153" rails, so a 162" might be in the works. Anyone know if I can go 159" instead(how much play in the rear wheels when tight?)?

The above pics are of a 162x16x2-1/4 maverick track in a 151" King cat skid. When all tightened up I only have about 1/2" more adjustment on the rear idler wheels. I hope the track does not stretch that much. I did try to put a 159 in this skid but it was too tight. This was probably do to the 8" rear idler wheels and 9 tooth drivers. If you had 7" rear idlers and 8 tooth, 2.52" pitch drivers, I am pretty sure the 159" track would have fit.
The one thing I did like about the King cat skid was the front mounts fit perfectly. I did not have to put any spacers in like you do with the M7 skid.
