Thx Mike, had to shim secondary with 3 - 1mm shims to get it right.

Thanks Mike. Say if my stock RTX sits a 1/16" below the secondary and I shim it out to a 1/16" above the secindary and get a slight belt squeal once and a while, when stand at idle. What will this do to my top end speed? Nothing I would really notice?

Find something important to worry about. .030 off? First of all, adding washers will drop the belt, not raise it. Just keep the belt near the top, and ride.

Wrong, adding washers raises the belt.

Reaper has it right...adding washers moves the shives closer together to get belt closet to the top. You get better holeshot & low end with a belt sitting so that the ribs are just above the top of the secondary.
