Stick one of those hand pump siphons in the oil tank and pump as much as you can out then drop the oil drain plug out of the motor.

No you don't. You have to remove the air box, battery and battery bracket to get to the oil filter. You have to remove the RH-side plastic side cover to get to the oil drain plug on bottom rear of the oil tank. You have to remove any skid plate you may have installed. Remove the lid underneat the engine, to get to the engine oil drain plug.

Open the plastic plug on top of the valve train cover and take out the dipstick from the oil tank.

Continue by a bucket with at least a 3 quarter capasity underneat the oil tank and remove the oil drain plug. Place a bucket with at least 2 quarter capasity underneat the engine and remove the oil drain plug. When all oil is draing from the oil tank and the engine, place a rag underneat the oil filter and remove it using the appropriate oil filter wrench. Clean up any mess.

Use engine oil or a light grease to lube the o-ring on the oil filter and the mounting surface on the engine. With your bare hands tighten down the oil filter as hard as you can, DO NOT USE A TOOL TO INSTALL THE OIL FILTER!

Reinstall the oil draing plug in the engine and in the oil tank.

Pour 1/2 a quarter of oil into the valve train, then reinstall the cap on top of the valve train cover.
Fill 2 quarters into the oil into the oil tank and start the engine, watch carefull for sirculation of the oil in the oiltank. (With no circulation, stop the engine immediately! You will need some good advice if this happens). When sirculation of oil is verified stop the engine and add another 1/2 quarter of oil.
Insert the dip stick to check oil level, add more until you reach the F mark.

Remember
F=Full
E=Enough
