I am trying to source some chaincase bearings. The one I am having a hard time getting is the bottom track shaft bearing that fits in the bearing holder. TM205 NSK does not seem to exist in Canada. Looking at the measurements it specks out the same as a 6205. OD 52mm x ID25mm x width 15mm. Is there any real difference. Not being able to find any design specs it is hard to say if they are different or not. I have a bearing supplier that is a heck of a lot cheaper then the dealer.

I might get a buddy of mine to check one of their kits. I still want to know what AllBalls is using to replace the TM205. Even the top jackshaft clutch side bearing is a odd ball that doesn't pop up in any dealer catalogs. I already have some of the bearings on hand from over the years of fixing sleds.

Try your local farm equipment dealer. Our local shop has the chaincase bearings at a quarter price of the sled shop.

Looks like ALLBalls is supplying a 6205 bearing for the trackshaft bearing on the chaincase side. The other one I can't find is the 6206 RD for the jackshaft. It has a 62mm O.D x 28mm I.D. The only one I can find has a 30mm I.D.
The guy wouldn't open the jackshaft kit from allballs because it was sealed tight. All the bearings were wrapped in wax paper or something.

All the 6205 bearings in the drive area is 6205 c3. They can flex a little more than regular 6205
