Chain case area was making a noise that sounded like metal against metal or a bearing going out… Took the whole chain case apart and can’t find anything wrong…clutch side bearings seem good too.... Could a worn out chain do this or can I have a bearing that feels fine to my fingers with no play in it making this noise… Even adjusted the chain on the trail but after I did that it would make a clunk noise when you would take off from a dead stop as if there was more play in than before adjusting it. I would almost describe this noise as if it was super charged or if you put your rubber timing belt on a car on too tight and it progressively got worse by the end of my day to the point where I left my sled at the bar and got a ride back to the hotel. Also every year I do relube the bearings on the clutch side..... Tod
