chain case tension

I have a new '11 venture GT and have an audible clunking noise when clutch engages, is there to much slop in the chain? track is set up tight by the dealer. can this be adjusted out in the chain case? anybody have any info would be appreciated. thanks, wildmann

thanks irv, just seems like there is to much play in the drivetrain, it gives me a clunking sound when everytrhing engages, only from a standing start, thanks, wildmann
