Does anyone have a clear picture, or good explanation of where the chaincase oil drain plug is located. I have the shop manual but the location is not real clear to me. Looks like it might be on the inside of the tunnel. Thanks

When you change the chaincase oil, put the right ski up on a 2x4 or 4x4 block of wood to allow all the oil to drain out. I usually shoot in some light weight oil such as WD40 into the drain hole after most of the old chaincase oil has drained out to help loosen the crud that settles to the bottom of the chaincase. You'd be suprised just how much metallic crud builds up down at the bottom.
I have been running the Amsoil synthetic chaincase oil with good results.
