changing oil filter w/ mpi supercharger

is it hard to change the oil filter with the mpi supercharger on? i know the mpi supercharger is around $5,000, but how much is it to install?

i havent done it yet but i can get my hand on it probably using a pair of waterpump pliers or strap wrench just have to remove tha cooler and batt box
