look in the FX Nytro General Talk FAQ section... it has all the info you need to do the track swap drivers changes... what ever you need to do to your sled can usually be found in that section...

I just did exactly what you are wanting to do, Allen's thread was extremely useful. Just take lots of pics when tearing apart the chain case to get everything back in the right spot and take your time. It's really not that bad of a job.

No need to change drivers. As Moab said, take lots of pictures, and go online to fine a schematic of the chaincase. That came in really handy the first time I was putting back together.
Most people will cut off the heat exchanger protectors in order to fit the track. I didn't want to do that with mine because I want the option of putting my studded track back on when conditions are icy, so I notched the track above the windows .5". It was pretty easy to do using a template cut out of plywood.
