Cheap Tunnel Decals

Has anyone seen a sled with these installed or installed them on you own sled. The price definately graps my attention. I wonder if can be applied over the rivets?

I have seen them and was thinking about them, but they are extreamly thick in conparison to the ones that I have used in the past and I am not sure that this thick of material will seal over the rivets.

I did buy a set. I talked to the guy directly and got a color combination he has not listed on eBay yet. They are thick but with a heat gun I got them to look pretty good around the rivets. Take a look at my avatar pic . The one thing that seemed off was the length of the sticker. If I pushed it forward to look nice around the foot holds it didn't line up with the seat indents. I lined it up with the seat indents. We' ll see how they hold up to the boot pounding it'll get this winter.

Very cool! I think I'll get a set! thanks for the idea. I always wanted teh tunnle black but didn't want to tear it down to powder coat it.

I'm really interested also but he is not sure if the will fit the 08-09 non tapered tunnel. Do you think it would fit based on your experience?

I think they look good ... wondering how hard it would be to remove them if they get beat up from boot wear ... black with red lettering would be nice on my RTX ... a bit of a pain keeping my tunnel polished.

Not to be too picky or anything, but those are not even Yamaha Motor tuning forks, those are Yamaha Music tuning forks. Most cheap knockoff stickers have it wrong. Once you are shown the difference it stands out like a sore thumb.
