If I’m reading that right it’s a battery sled.

If it's not a telescopic strut front suspension they dropped the ball

If I’m reading that right it’s a battery sled.
Maybe more of a Hybrid, as it mentions an "engine" and "starting motor" along with the lithium battery.

Looks like hybrid like the Jeep eTorque set up. Basically using electric motors to assist the sled in certain conditions. Interesting they are filing for this.

sounds like they are going to be using a lithium battery to power the starter and its going to be easily removable from the seated position...basically if I read his right new battery system.
Monster Max
Extreme
Did you notice one of the inventors in Karpik...maybe a new Yami suspension coming

I kinda read the whole thing and this is what I got from it:
- 2 lithium batteries, one of which is removable from under the seat
- lots of plugs for external accessories
- can have different optional equipment from OEM like GPS, etc.
- still has a 4 stroke engine
- still has a lead acid battery (why?)
- will have an alternator
- lots of electronics for controlling charging and low limit discharge
- (big one) The starter will be used when putting sled in reverse by reversing the polarity to it. It is electrically coupled to the drive to activate only in reverse. Engine at idle doesn't engage CVT belt and specifically mentions that it has low friction then so it can turn backwards. In normal polarity and direction, it starts the engine.
I didn't see anything for driving the sled forward on this lithium setup. Sounds like a complicated system just to eliminate the mechanical reverse. I mean like, how many pounds would you lose from the gears but gain from all this extra crap?

you nailed it,They are the last to have GPS so i will say that its a step forward and a yamaha brand!!What if Yamaha decided to use the Karpik suspensions..They would instantly have the best suspension everI kinda read the whole thing and this is what I got from it:

I also wonder if Yamaha is looking to move away from the Yamacat deal and get back more into Japan built sleds? Cat's lawsuit problems might have had a hand in that as well as the uncertainty with Textron. What was the deal with the single year 2018 SR Venture DX and the return of the RS Venture TF in 2020? Can't be because of low sales since they only had the one year to really measure.

I don't know if this is relevant in any way, likely NOT, but the line drawings are all of the VK Pro ll. For the uninitiated, that is an all Yamaha, Japan built wonder-sled, that creates very little traffic on here because owners spend their time riding, not wrenching.
ps. I know those words will come back to haunt me but I had to say it anyway.
