I need to add some clips to a used track I have. What is the best tool and clips to use? I don't want to order a ton of clips only to realize I have the wrong ones or the wrong tool.

I am looking to clip a 136" 1.5" Camoplast Intense track.

Thanks!

been there done that....they never seem to stay on very long after,no matter which tool i used...

i just tossed out my old track that looked perfect, but had 18 clips missing.....cause i know they wont stay put.

I use the one that they sell all over, comes in a yellow box for about 90 bucks. They clamp on good but like Dan said they don't seem to last like the originals, maybe because they are thicker than the exisiting stock clips therefore taking more of the load and heat.

Oh yeah use the camoplast clips too they do work better than the aftermarket, although they cost a little more. I like to use the new ones with the holes in them at every other clip

Thaks for the info! I think I am just going to make sure I am clipped every third as it's going to cost too much to clip the whole track especially since it's used.

Hopefully I can get everything in so I can do it this weekend!
