When I have to hit the brakes hard I hear a clunk from the chaincase is this normal or is my chain to loose. This is on my attak.

If your sled has reverse the noise is normal. It’s play in the reverse mechanism between the gears in the chain case.

i had the same concern as you , but as it turns out its normal. Now i dont even hear the clunk noise LOL.

You hear so many things with the exhaust behind you. I remember riding my RTX for the first time and was freaked out at all the noises :)

chain case

This is the weak point on our sleds, check it for tightness, change the lube and use synthetic. If you got a lot of miles I would change the chain and gears, especially if you run it hard or modified the engine.

The gears last a long time.A chain would be shot way before gears.
Make shure to check your chain tension.
