I have read that some have had the primary clutches replaced on warranty due to excessive noise, or chatter. I have my first 4 stroke, an 05 RX1 that I just picked up the other day. It has 10 miles on it and the first thing I noticed is the clutch noise(chattering). Should I be worried or is it because the pipes exit out the back and I'm over-reacting? Thanks.

They all make a little noise.
BTW, it's probably not the clutch, it's the reduction gear drive behing the primary. These gears chatter a little at low idle rpm's and it's nothing to worry about.

Warm up the sled, and if it still makes noise, turn up the idle until its acceptable or goes away alltogether.

Just got the catalog yesterday and saw an upgrade. Not sure if this is the same update for the RS sleds?
