I just picked up an 07 Attak GT today with about 1,200 miles. The sled runs great but the primary engages several thousand RPM's higher when cold. Once warm its fine. Any suggestions?

Maybe oil or grease around the clutch weights and or rollers that thins out once the clutch heats up. If someone used oil in the clutch to lube it, belt dust will get mixed in with the oil and create a paste possibly causing your problem. I would take the clutch apart, clean everything and don't use any lube when reassembling.
