The problem i'm having is my trans is slipping(auto) after a rolling
start if you give it 3/4 to full throttle.
i tore the clutch basket out and mic out the friction disks
and there all within max wear limit.
now has any body seen this where the disk are in spec. but
the trans still slips??
this is on a kids ATV..
any thoughts???????

No, it's on my kids champ with auto trans,
i'm thinking maybe the disks are burnt and glazed to bad.

if they are glazed just try scuffing them with coarse sand paper. cheaper than buying a new set and it something cheap to try.
