I only rode my sled once after buying it and it was at the end of the the season last year.
Before this season I put a new heelclicker clutch kit on and different rollers, I put it back together with out the set screws. I dont remember if it was noisy right off idle before with the set screws in has anyone else experienced this? I forgot because I wrecked it on first ride this season and cant remember what it sounded like then.
I also noticed that one the white heelclicker spring that the paint if wearing off of part of the outside of the spring wondering if part of the noise is the spring vibrating against the aluminum of the clutch or if it is just the rollers and weights that I did not install the set screws back in.
