Just started the sled up and picked the track up to give it some gas, I'm 99% sure its my primary clutch sticking, 1% throttle cable/body. The throttle overide system is being activated (tors) code 84. I cleared code and tried it again worked fine, shut sled off checked for codes again then started it up and it sounded like it was sticking again and I got a code 84 again when I shut it off and checked the log. Sled is still on the trailer, got the day off monday so I'm gonna take it apart then to see whats going on. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas?
Anything pressing on the throttle cable will do that.

Take the belt off & rev engine a little. Should help to see if it's engine or drivetrain...

If you are getting a code 84 it is a throttle issue. Follow your TORS wire's to the connection and plug the two end's on the motor side together and try it again. This will by pass the TORS so don't ride it that way but it will tell you where to look.

Loosen throttle cable a little or check to see if cable ls routed correctly, turn bars back and forth after adjustment to make sure cable doesn't pull on trottle.

Had a similiar problem wirh attak and the cable was pulled to tight because of extra 2" riser. Just make sure your cable is not pulling to tight when you move handle bars, broke mine by going back and forth.

Loosening the cable may or may not be the problem. Takes only a minute or two to see if the problem is even in the area by bypassing the tors. It could be a switch or TPS. You can check cable free play by just pulling on the cable between the cable mount and carb connection also.
