Have a buddy (first Yamaha) who just bought an Apex Mtn, looking for some clutching tips. Has gone to dealer, but they are ????? very new to them too. Wants to ride Revy (4000 - 6500?') and Sask (2000') anybody with a little testing info yet, just want to make sure he doesn't go all crazy buying clutch pieces and still doesn't have it right!

Just use the stock weights and have the dealer put 2 rivets with holes as per the clutching chart and it will work fine. it comes clutched for 8-10k and will over-rev. Don't forget to suck the limiters up a couple of holes as well. Thanks slymax

Thanx for the link. I live in Fort. St. John, B.C Canada and our elevation is 2200ft but the mountains i ride in go up only as high as 6000ft so this should be very close clutching for me. Thanx alot guys.
