measured it 4.48 volts , checked all connections n nothing looks bad , battery at 12.4

had motor out to fix cracked header n ran perfect before that n only has 2000 miles on

and it turns over but dont start , checked battery , checked ground on motor , took it out wiped it off , tested it with switch off n says 0.00 , with switch on reads 4.48

guarantee you this is your problem. I did a motor swap with an apex and i didnt know this but about 5 other connectors will fit into your sensor ontop of your valve cover. I think it is the cylinder identification sensor or something like that. make sure a black connector is plugged into it.
