Tried to start the sled the other day and crank but no fire. Charged battery and tried again and code 12 on the dash. Went through many threads and appears to be stator. I traced all the wiring to make sure nothing was chaffed. Measured resistance in ohms. Put the digital multi meter on 200k and am getting 5.6. Does that indicate I would need a new stator? At least didn't happen in the middle of the season.
is most likely the trigger coil you can get just that part but they require some modifying to make work a new stator would have the part on it but is much more expensive. there are lost of threats on it maybe search key word RM stator.
