Hi Guys ...kviper wins the challenge lifted the back end and hit the thottle a couple of times ...I left the vent plug on back of the engine open, so air would escape ...didn't code or cut out  !!!! tried again this morning and didn't touch throttle all is fine .....bring on the white stuff!!!!

 Glad it was just that. I would not turn the key to get a bit more oil not next time.

You will not hurt anything! If you truly have no pressure the computer will not let it run when you open the throttle. I wheeled over a bump when I learned this the first time. A friend that was along had rolled his once and had to do the same thing. It beats walking over something so simple. A small air bubble must create a low pressure reading and will not push through at idle.

I must be honest ...I was starting to get concerned ...it just seemed to be more then an air bubble at this point.... It do stall with no pressure ..only runs for 15-20 seconds....I guess the first and last time I will be hitting the key when draining oil!!!! lol....Thanks again for all your help guys....As the tech hear at the dealer was stumped as well...

Okay, today I experienced the same problem. I tried to start the sled at least 10-15 times before i knew code 30 is low oil pressure. Engine just shut off after about 20 seconds at idle...

Reason to this is that the sled rolled over about 4 times and the sled is now located in a remote place in the mountains.

Is there no oil pressure at all when this air-lock happends? Do I need to worry for my crank bearings etc now?

That's how I learned about this the first time. A friend rolled his sled and same thing, start up and shut off with a code thirty. Not knowing what it was he started it again, hit the throttle and everything cleared up.
