Codes 43 and 46

43 Fuel System Voltage (monitor voltage)
The ECU is unable to monitor the battery voltage (open circuit in line to ECU)

46 Vehicle System Power Supply (monitor voltage)
Power supply to the FI system is not normal

are the fault descriptions for these codes transposed? It seems like the fuel system voltage would be for "FI system is not normal" and
the vehicle system power would look at "unable to monitor battery voltage"?
