Is anyone having a problem with their A Arms bending. I own 2 RX-1's that have the same problem

its an 05 rx1 and its the a-arm? the vertical spindal conected to the ski it was bent towards the back of the sled at the bottom which in turn bent and broke bushings of the upper and lower control arms the through bolts on the control arms are also bent so you cant even get them out i was told i must of hit something nothing that i recall unless a hard peice of snow was all it took funny thing is my buddy i ride everywhere with also has same issue?

You should ask MrSled about bending A-arms on rail crossings. All you have to do is hit just right and enough force is transfered to the arms. I believe his Apex twisted the splines on the spindle as well, all from an ~20mph rail crossing that didn't even pull the bars out of his hands. He had no idea it was bent untill later.

The bolts in my A-Arms that bolt to the spindle housing were bent.. Nothing else, just the bolts.. 16.00 each for bolts! Ouch..

Stormfp, can you post some pictures of the bent parts?

I know you may not like this response, however, I think they are made to do that purposely. When hitting something hard, the reaction force must go somewhere. I would much rather have it bend the a-arms or bolts rather then crack the bulk head. Something to think about.
If you decide to try and re-enforce or buy stronger a-arms, please keep in mind that that force of impact needs to be released somewhere, and if the a-arms won't give...then I'm sure the bulk head will.
