Just got my custom made snowflap in the mail from Proven Design Products. It is made to Yamaha specs regarding the rivet placement and width of the flap but has a Arctic Cat M-series bottom design totalling 18" long. Matt was helpful throughout the entire process and made it exactly how I pictured it. They will custom make any flap design you like to fit your sled and demensions. And the quality of the flap is better then I expected. Awesome company! Now I just need to get it on!

How much did this cost? I extended my track and tunnel and now my flap is too short and the guys I ride with are complaining about my roost. I need to look into this! Looks good.

Looks good. How flexible or stiff is it?

it's pretty stiff. Its more of a plastic material then rubber.

Copy cat - I had this custom made in 2012. See about 3/4 of the way down the page.

Be careful it will get sucked up on a WOT run, I had to add a bracket that holds it out at more of a angle.

I saw a picture of your flap/sled on their webpage and i told them I liked the design. I made it the dimensions that I wanted.
