coolant leak

ran into leakage and found that the coolant pipe that runs into the motor on top left near the oil cap is leaking badly and i like to know how it could be fixed and not exactly a scientest mechanic here pls help also rain into some codes and they are error code 30 and 14 seriously need help thanks ty.

i had the same prob here is a rubber oring at end of pipe to motor replace the oring and you will be good to go be carefull not to strip the allen key bolt that attaches pipe to top of motor!!!!!!!!
