Copper exhaust gasket

I have the Hurricane copper gasket. Muffler has been off several times and I can't hear a leak when used dry.

You probably won't hear anything, but you can feel exhaust leaking. With sled running, hold a lighter in various spots and see if it is blown. I couldn't keep the flame going!

Correct, the sled is loud enough that you will never hear it. I could actually see mine was not sealing to the stock muffler/header flanges

Same here, could see the gap
