Coupling and Transfer Adjustments on XTX

I'm coming off of Polaris's and F-7's with adjustable coupling blocks. I did not receive a manual with this 09 XTX and was wondering how to adjust coupling and weight transfer. Does it have any thing to do with the two tubes with nuts on, on the back of the suspension? Any help appreciated!

Yes, the two chrome nuts on the tubes.
