Mine cracked as well, after about 50 miles tops, in the same place as turbo Tims did. I am back to the Powderlites manifold, and more weight in my clutch then with Teds. I guess the log just isn't there like we all hoped it had been. I have been to busy riding to worry about sending mine back until Ted figures out what he is doing with all of them anways. I guess my opinion is if one guy got a refund perhapse we are all entitled since its been pretty much unanimous that they aren't working. The idea is great its nice to see a new product but no testing was defintaly a dissapointment, and you can feel ag ood 50+ hp diff on the manifolds back to back on my sled along with the increase in clutch weight, I beleive I ended up having to add close to 15g to hold my sled back with the PL manifold over the TAP one.

I wonder what is that different with BD manifold ?

i think the reason the bd manifold doesnt crack is because the turbo is supported on a bracket & it has a flex pipe between the motor & turbo.

I appreciate the civil feedback on my manifolds, I am taking this information and using it to build a better product.

I am standing behind my product by offering a free update to the manifolds.

The Update consists of a Divider in the Plenum which converts the manifold from a Log to a Tri Y design, this will make a major improvement to the performance of the first design, it also adds more strength to support the Turbo.

Like every new Product there are bound to be growing pains, As Long As I am working toward a solution and resolving complaints, I don't know what else anyone can ask for.
