I bought a used 03 rx1 with a cpr turbo kit on it. I was just curious if this kit came with like a owners manual or anything like that?? I have a few questions about it. What is the fuel pressure supposed to be? What does the adjustable rod do that is in the intercooler? there is a rubber line that comes off of it and runs to the carbs. Thanks for the help guys...
If I remember correctly, the fuel pressure should be 3.5 to 4.5 pounds. The threaded pipe should have 1/2" of threads showing and it pressurizes the float bowls. The kit normally comes with a DVD for installation. Hope that this helps!!!

Fuel pressure should be 3.5-4.5 over boost pressure at a 1:1 ratio. F.ex. if you run it at 10 lbs boost, fuel pressure should be 13.5-14.5. At 0 lbs fuel pressure should be 3.5-4.5 lbs.

Right now I am running 8 lbs, so I want like 11.5 to 12.5 lbs?? Is this at idle? I am going to check it with a inline fuel gauge...Thanks again!!rxrider said:Fuel pressure should be 3.5-4.5 over boost pressure at a 1:1 ratio. Yes sir, that is correct . Fuel pressure should be 3.5-4.5 at idle. Fuel pressure should remain at this level until boost kicks in, then fuel pressure should rise linear at 1:1 ratio vs boost pressure.srxguy said:Right now I am running 8 lbs, so I want like 11.5 to 12.5 lbs?? a fuel pressure gauge after the fuel regulator, dont worry about the thread rode, just leave it alone, some where adjustable some not.
