My mtn lite got really loud in the front end, So I took it to the dealer yesterday and he called me last night to tell me Yhe maifold was cracked. Any one know what would cause that.
The welds arent the greatest.Also I believe the big ice chunk from not having the tunnel closed comes up and hits the exhaust pipes.It happened to mine last year and I just rewelded both.No problems since.

Is it a turbo? they seem to have issues with them, we had one crack a couple weeks ago.

got my sled back today. While I was there they showed me another on with the same problem.
